Lynne Crawford Chartered FCIPD established the business in 2019 with a dream of creating a better work / life balance for herself and her family; to share her HR skills with organisations she is passionate about and to ultimately make a difference.
As a People & Culture Professional, Lynne puts people before processes and drives performance through learning. Demonstrating this approach, Lynne published her first book in 2024 called, The Petriarchy®.

The Petriarchy Children’s Book
The Petriarchy children’s book introduces young readers to the concept of patriarchy, presenting it in an accessible manner that encourages discussion about societal structures and the importance of embracing individuality.
Since its publication date, The Petriarchy Children’s book and accompanying workbook has become an early years learning resource for Teachers and Parents tackling the rise of misogyny in schools. Further to this, The Petriarchy Children’s book has been listed by Fife Violence Against Women Partnership as one of their 16 Days of Activism’s 16 Recommended Reads.

Mediation provides a safe, supportive and confidential environment. The mediator will listen to all views, talking privately to participants, and sometimes together with the other party, to help guide them through the process.
Employee Starter Pack
We provide all the documents a small business requires when they start to employ people. The starter pack includes a template Contract of Employment, template Disciplinary policy, Grievance policy, Health and Safety Statement, Offer of Employment template letter and Eligibility to Work in the UK guidance. These templates are for small businesses of up to 10 employees.
Workplace Training and Education

We provide mentorship to people professionals. HR Mentorship is a partnership that supports professional development and can raise an individual’s confidence, improve their problem-solving abilities and develop their leadership skills.
